What is Fugo?
To put it simply, Huel is food. Not just that, it’s nutritionally complete food. This means each meal of Huel contains a balance of nutrients like carbohydrates, essential fats, protein, fiber, plus 27 essential vitamins and minerals and loads more!
All Huel products are vegan, GMO-free, lactose-free and gluten-free (our standard Powder v3.0 isn’t gluten-free but we do offer a gluten-free version)!
Which flavour should I go for ?
We are constantly adding more flavours to our lineup; The current flavours are:
- Powder and Black Edition (low-carb, high-protein) are our powdered meals made with fine oats, peas, rice, coconut, flaxseed, and sunflower seeds.
- Huel Complete Protein is a high-protein snack, and the world’s first nutritionally complete protein powder.
- Hot & Savory is a tasty meal made with real whole ingredients like rice, quinoa and vegetables.
- Bars are exactly what they sound like - a practical and nutritious snack to have on the go.
- Ready-to-drink is a smooth and delicious meal in a bottle.

Fugo comes in a variety of flavours. The current line up has a subtle yet sweet taste profile:
- Original: A natural, oaty taste (think dalia but more nutritious.)
- Classic Chocolate: A rich chocolate flavour (intended to taste like the leftover milk from a bowl of cereal like Kellogg's Chocos.)
- Spiced Vanilla: A favourite, a lightly sweet vanilla and with a pinch of cinnamon for some added spice.
- Strawberry Blossom: A refreshing strawberry flavour with subtle hints of sweetness.
- Alphonso Mango: Fresh and natural mango taste without the guilt.
- Kesar Thandai: A rich and delicious thandai flavor with a hint of kesar.
- Japanese Matcha: A subtle umami flavour balanced by the natural sweetness of oats.
