VEGAN vANILLA pANCAKES

Ingredients:
- 1 pouch of Spiced Vanilla Fugo
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup of Aquafaba (liquid in a can of chickpeas)
- 1/3 cup of dairy-free milk
- 4 tbsp naturally flavoured soy yogurt
Preparation
- In a bowl, mix Spiced Vanilla Fugo, baking powder, and cinnamon until completely blended.
- Mix Aquafaba and milk separately and add them to the bowl. Then add the yoghurt and mix until a batter-like consistency is achieved.
- Over medium-high heat, melt coconut oil in a skillet. Wipe down to prevent the pancakes from sticking.
- Pour some batter into a pan and cook pancakes for a few minutes. Flip and cook for a few more minutes until cooked properly.
- Top off your pancake stack with your favourite toppings- fruits, Nutella, maple syrup, chocolate chips, whatever!
- Serve with toppings like syrup, fruit, puffed amaranth, coconut chips, etc.
