Protein Mango Lassi
Serving size: 2 smoothies
Preparation time: 5-7 minutes
- 1 pouch Spiced Vanilla Fugo
- 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (we used coconut yogurt)
- 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (we used oat milk)
- 1 cup frozen chopped mango
- 2 teaspoons maple syrup
- A dash of ground cardamom (optional)
- Put the Spiced Vanilla Fugo, mango, yogurt, milk and cardamom into a blender and blend until smooth.
- Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
- Pour into a glass or shaker bottle and enjoy!
