Protein Mango Lassi

Serving size: 2 smoothies
Preparation time: 5-7 minutes


  • 1 pouch Spiced Vanilla Fugo
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free yogurt (we used coconut yogurt)
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (we used oat milk)
  • 1 cup frozen chopped mango 
  • 2 teaspoons maple syrup
  • A dash of ground cardamom (optional)


  • Put the Spiced Vanilla Fugo, mango, yogurt, milk and cardamom into a blender and blend until smooth.
  • Add in remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • Pour into a glass or shaker bottle and enjoy!
